　　Title:新疆大区销售经理

　Responsibilities:

　　1. Developing sales market拓展销售市场;

　　2.Building sales net in different areas.在不同的区域建立销售网络;

　　3.Cooperating dealers to sell indirectly the full range of products配合经销商间接出售全系列产品;

　　4.Working together with dealers for the tender organized by local government

　　与经销商一起参与由地方政府组织的招标活动;

　　5.Focus on the changes and opportunity on local Agri-Policy

　　关注当地农机政策的变化，抓住机遇;

　　6.Helping dealers to put LEMKEN products to have their subsidy of government

　　帮助经销售为雷肯产品办理政府补贴;

　　7.Making sales planning with dealers与经销商一起制定销售计划;

　　8. Organize Agri-Mechanic Fair and Demo show组织农业机械展览会和产品演示会;

Requirement:

　　1. Successful completion of Agriculture Engineering technical or related education back ground农业工程技术或相关教育背景;

　　2. More than 5 years Sales relative working experience in foreign investment company 5年以上外企相关销售工作；

　　3. Solid technical understanding of agricultural industrial machinery充分理解农机工业技术;

　　4. Good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing擅长英语听说读写;

　　5. Highly motivated and strong result driven attitude上进心强，强烈的结果导向态度;

　　6. Strong understanding of western culture and working style对西方文化和工作方式有深入的了解;

　　7. Willing to travel frequently能接受频繁出差;

　　8. Good at maintenance of customer relationship擅长客户关系维护;

　　9. Driving licence is must必须具有驾照.

　　10. Based in Xjingjiang Area, Home-office if no business travel此岗位基于整个新疆地区，在不出差的情况下，可以选择家庭办公；

Position Two

　　Title:售后服务工程师-技术员

Responsibilities:

　　1. Coordinate the technical documentation and information between the factory and the dealers/distributors on a daily base but also via training sessions that you need organize and execute

　　组织参加培训会议，并且在会议期间和日常工作中对于工厂和经销商/分销商之间的技术文件和信息进行协调与交流;

　　2. Support dealers and distributors in technical issues and to administrate warranties在技术方面和对产品质保的管理上支持经销商和分销商;

　　3. Organize good logistics of original parts and support the sales development of parts为经销商/分销商提供一个良好的原厂备件的后勤保障，并且支持配件销售市场的发展;

　　4. Actively organize and conduct demonstrations, field demos, trade fairs and sales promotion积极组织开展示范、田间演示、展会和市场促销等活动;

Activities活动区域

　　1. Travel across Western Part ofChina and occasional to neighboring areas to prepare the set-up and take part in different field demonstrations as well as trade fairs

　　出差的地点是中国西部地区，偶尔需要到其他相邻区域准备建立并参与各类田间演示和展会;

　　2. Others as assigned by manager区域销售经理布置的其他任务;

Requirement:

　　1. University degree, majored in agricultural mechanical or other related professions or similar training大学本科学历，主修农业机械或其他相关专业或具有相似的培训经历;

　　2. Three years of experience in a similar position preferably in the agricultural engineering, construction or automotive industry 3年类似的工作经验，农业工程、建筑业和汽车行业尤佳;

　　3. High level of communication, willingness and ability to work in a team沟通能力强，能够进行团队合作;

　　4. Basic English language skills and MS office skills shall be available.掌握基本的英语语言技能，能够运用常用的办公软件;

　　5. Based in Xjingjiang Area, Home-office if no business travel此岗位基于整个新疆地区，在不出差的情况下，可以选择家庭办公；
